2. Design Consultations and Estimates

Initial Consultation: Spotts Designs offers an initial consultation to discuss your needs, preferences, and project scope.

Estimates: Any cost estimates provided by Spotts Designs are non-binding and subject to change. Final costs may vary based on the specific requirements of your project, material costs, and other factors.

Design Fee: A design fee may be charged for certain projects. This fee is non-refundable and will be detailed in any service agreement or proposal provided to the client.

3. Project Timeline

While Spotts Designs makes every effort to meet the estimated project timelines, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will communicate any delays and work with you to adjust the schedule as needed. Spotts Designs is not responsible for delays caused by third-party vendors, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

4. Payments and Deposits

6. Warranty
